  • Statues of Buddha at Tran Quoc Pagoda on a small island on West Lake (Ho Tay). Originally built in the 6th century on the banks of the Red River, a changing course of the river forced the pagoda to be relocated in 1615 to Golden Fish (Kim Ngu) islet on the lake.
