Tourists watch the sunset over the Ayeyarwaddy River from Sutaungpyei Pagoda. Sitting on top of Mandalay Hill, Sutaungpyei Pagoda features a large ornately decorate patio that offers scenic views out over the plain on which the city of Mandalay sits.
